Got a new comic up, it's number 71, go read it here: http://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/dbuck-eye/animals

Got a new game coming.  It's small, crazy and hopefully fun, and I'm aiming to get it up here within the week.  I've made that promise before and have always failed to make it, but I'm better at making games now, so maybe this time will be different.

Go to my site, http://www.superftc.com, to see more comics and games and stuff!

Hey, I made a post about how awesome Carrion is a few weeks ago, but I forgot to post it to the front page, SO GO READ MY PREVIOUS POST about that wonderful man.

I've been making comics, and I think I'm gonna start uploading every stinking one of them here.  In the past, I haven't because I don't want to flood my followers' feeds, but I always like when new stuff shows up in my feed, so fuck it, here they come.  READ MY LATEST AND TELL ME I SUCK.

Thanks for your time, Pat!

I bought a print from Carrion, and just when I thought he had taken my money and run, I got this in the mail!

That's right! Not just the print I ordered, but two extra high-quality, beautiful prints as well!  And this nice letter!

Thanks, Carrion!  Keep making beautiful art!

I made a comic.  Actually, I've made 54 comics.  Go read them: http://www.superftc.com/comic

Anyone care for a good toilet game?  I made one for the Global Game Jam that I think I'll put up on Monday (we'll give 'er a weekend of polish), but you can play it right now here: http://www.foodthechildren.com/toilet/index.html [Warning: HTML5.  Results may vary]

Take a looksee here:

1 game, 5 devices

That's my next solo game, running in flash.  And also natively on a Mac, a PC, an iPod 4G, a Nexus 7, and an Ouya.  So that's pretty fucking cool.  And it's all thanks to Haxe, Lime, OpenFL, and HaxeFlixel, which finally got their collective shit together enough to allow me to compile to every platform know to man, which is, again, pretty fucking cool.

So it looks like my next game, Jet Pack Jesus, won't be just on the interwebs, which is good, because I think it's a good game for when you're on the go.  Or when your shit's on the go.  As in you are shitting on the toilet.  And playing a game on your phone.  I'm funny, damnit.

So thank you Haxe for giving me my newfound, God-like powers, and to anyone that's reading this and looking to move into the mobile space, give Haxe a shot!  To the rest of you, watch out for Jet Pack Jesus to arrive, hopefully by the end of Summer!

Onto the old Power of 4!  I want to do it.  I need to get team experience, and I need to make more games, so this could be good for me.  I don't know how I'll do it, but I assume I can handle one fourth of the workload.  If anyone out there is looking to team up with an experienced programmer, look elsewhere, but if a subpar programmer who's made a few almost-popular games will fit the bill, I'm your man!  But make it quick!

No wait, I made a "SAME game", and you're a pervert.A beautiful title screen.

When will you be seeing this beautiful game?  Never.  This f**ker was written on BARE X86 HARDWARE, which Newgrounds doesn't support for some f**ked up reason.   A beautiful game.

Hopefully I'll never make a game this low-level again.

A truly hilarious help screen.Anyway.  I did an interview a while back for One More Turn, which is a gaming podcast that you all should listen to.  It's up on YouTube, so if anyone ever wondered about my game makingness, or what my terrible woice sounds like, or what I look like in real life, now's your chance to get answers to all of those weird-ass questions.

You can find the podcast here: https://soundcloud.com/one-more-turn-podcast

Or on iTunes.  Whichever you want.

Thirdly, I'm still making comics at my site, http://www.superftc.com/comic, so you should read those if you're fixin' for some Daniel Bucci.  I even uploaded a crappy one here: HI-LARIOUS!

Fourthly, I'm starting to write a novel while bored in my classes.  I'm uploading about a page a week over at my site, http://www.superftc.com/novel/1 so go ahead and give that a try.  (PS you can find chapter 1 in the writing forum too.)

Fifthly,  who the fuck said that I made games?!  Who the fuck said that?!  Liar!!  I think that's about it for me.  See you, space cowboy.

PS I got 99 fans, but why ain't you one?  Seriously, follow me and you'll forever get to be someone's 100th fan.

...and I FUCKED UP THE NAME! GOD DAMN IT! THERE GOES MY SEO!  If anyone's noticed, the game is supposed to be Rodman vs. Kim, not Dennis vs. Kim.  Oh well.  (EDIT: Looks like Tom fixed it for me! You're the bomb, Tom! :)

So yeah, this was a game that I was asked to make for an event AV Club held, where they had games about events throughout 2013.  Overall, it was in development for about 25 days, but 20 of those where during the homestretch of my fall semester, so really, I coded most of it in the last 5 days.  I even pulled an all-nighter, both coding this and watch Code Geass, and I never pull all-nighters.

The final product managed to be the simplest game I ever made, which is odd, considering both Hectris and Feed the Children were supposed to be the simplest games I ever made.  But this one takes the cake, and given the constraints, I think it's a pretty fun game, if you can stomach Kim's cheating.  A big thanks again to Newgrounds for putting it on the Front Page so swiftly, you guys are the best site ever!

Anyway, my next semester is starting, and it's gonna be a doozy.  Hopefully it won't be too long before my next game, but just in case, play this one several thousand times so you won't miss me.

So yeah, I'm kind of craving feedback on my comic right now. I've added a few to the Art Portal recently, so you can check those out. Or you could head over to Super FTC! to see 'em all. It's an option for all y'all if you're really bored and have somehow managed to exhaust everything on TV Tropes (read: impossible).

Now then, I won't spam the Front Page with another post until I have game news and speaking I have no idea what my next game will be. Anyone got any ideas? I'll seriously consider them.

Judge Me!

Hi. I made a comic that I'm sort of proud of, so I put it in the art portal: http://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/dbuck-eye/hippo-christ

Tell me what you think!

About those game things that I'm supposed to make. I got nothing. Or rather, I have like 6 ideas that aren't that good, and I'm pretty busy, so I guess I'll just never make one again or something... I don't know, I'm pretty good at coming up with game titles, it's just filling out the rest of the details that I struggle with. Hey, that gives me an idea.... Anyone want to purchase some fine game titles? Dirt cheap and pure as Meth, I swear.

Cole Slaw's time in the spotlight has come and gone, as do all games, so I just want to give a big "Thank You!" to Newgrounds for putting it on the Front Page! It means a lot when you can go to a giant site as awesome Newgrounds and have a somewhat unorthodox game recognized. That's why Newgrounds will always have a special place in my heart, so Thank You!

Furthermore, a big thank you for the reception it received! A Daily Third is one step closer to a Daily First/Weekly Award, and is one more notch on my profile's belt as well :) Thank you users for all of the kind reviews and constructive criticism, and for the not-so-constructive criticism, I'm still glad that I managed to waste some of your time, suckers! (HA!)

Anyways, I hope that you enjoyed my game, cause it could be a while before my next one... Yeesh. I'm gonna go eat some delicious pulled pork and cole slaw now. Peace out!

Thanks for the Front Page & Daily Third, Newgrounds!
